Looking for an enchanting site to host a meeting, a celebration or gathering of all kinds ? The Pointe-du-Lac seigniorial Mill is an ideal place ! Built around 1765, the site has maintained all its charm and warmth. It provides you with an enchanting décor - both indoors and outdoors - to welcome your guests.  

The site offers a choice of three reception halls, with a capacity varying from 40 to 100 guests.

Ideally located, the Mill is just 2 km off Highway 40, at the western extremity of the greater Trois-Rivières area.

The sawmill is a historical building which dates back to the 1940s. This space, a genuine village sawmill with wooden walls and an array of authentic tools, can host up to 100 people. It is greatly appreciated for its huge windows and direct terrace access.

La salle Léo-Arbour (Léo-Arbour Hall)

The Léo-Arbour hall is located on the top floor of the 18th century flourmill. 80 guests will feel welcome in this warm space, with its original flooring, stone walls, dark wood beams and tiny square windows.

Also located in the 18th century flourmill, on the middle floor, this space is ideal for intimate gatherings. 40 guests can get together in this space, near the mill's original mechanisms. It also has direct access to the garden and pond.
